Opens RemoteStores, type "remote" (06-stores.md §1), registered with ServiceLoader.

Options (08-remote.md §4):

• baseUrl: the server, required;
• token: the bearer token, none by default;
• connectTimeout: 5s by default;
• requestTimeout: the timeout of each call, StoreConfig.timeout() by default.

Durations are a Duration, a number of milliseconds, or text: ISO-8601 (PT5S) or a number with ms, s, m or h. The store takes no client.
