CosIdGenerator Configuration

me.ahoo.cosid.spring.boot.starter.cosid.CosIdGeneratorProperties, prefix cosid.generator

CosIdGenerator needs a machine id: set cosid.machine.enabled=true as well, see machine ID configuration.
